Because of the "Beauty and the Beast" Tour, we were denied the rights to the full production, but we will make this production of "Beauty and the Beast, Jr." as full as we can with a mostly High School cast. (see note below *)

First the bad news: Due to the current Broadway tour of Beauty and the Beast, MTI has denied our request to perform the full show!

Now the good news: MTI has, however, granted us the rights to perform Beauty and the Beast Jr. Now before you turn your nose up to this, let me explain. This will not be a "kiddie" version of this in any shape or form. The Jr. version is shorter but contains most of the songs and story that we know and love. We will do all the dances and production numbers to the best of our ability and talents for as much music as they will give us This production will be open to 7th graders and up.

Now the GREAT NEWS: I know some of you college students are wondering "what about me?" Well for you, I am also going to do a "Cabaret-like" production called "Some Enchanted Evening" in conjunction with Beauty and the Beast Jr. I know there are many conflicts for some of you over the summer because of working full-time or traveling, so this show will not be until the 2nd weekend in August. Now here is the BEST part of this show...I have only chosen about 1/2 of the songs that will be used in this show, the rest will be up to you. If there is a song/songs that you think you are perfect at and have never had a chance to perform, this is the time to do it. If there is a duet/trio/ensemble number that you would like to see included, send me a message about it with a link to the song. This show will be mostly solos but will have some fun duet/trio/ensemble and dance numbers to round out the show.
